He pursue food of greater quality for the locals and our neighborhood. The owner, Chef Andy, have high standard for every details in making sushi: the freshness of the fish, how to preserve the fish to achieve its best flavor, the temperature of the sushi rice. The attention to all the details is for making better and tastier sushi for the neighborhood and friends, which is also the No. 1 rule for the owner, Chef Andy.
